My cousin who works in the dungeon where Othello reports seeing Othello having a seizure with Iago nearby. This might spell bad news for all Venitians; Othello is renowned for his ability to win battles. Othello's health has never been called to question, but something must be wrong. Iago and Othello were having a meeting my cousin said, but he could not hear what they were saying. Iago is noted to have cared for Othello while he was seizuring. (Act 4: scene i)
Is it a coincedence that Iago is with him?
ReplyDeleteIago must be poinsoning Othello somehow. Maybe, he has an alternate motive. Is there something he can gain by causing othello's life hell?

ReplyDeleteI heard that someone heard Iago say, "How is it, general? Have you not hurt your head?" to Othello while in the dungeon. Othello thought he was being mocked by Iago.
