Othello Beats Women!

Othello is reported to have beaten Desdemona severely. The scandal begins when Lodovico brings a urgent letter from Brabantio to Othello. No one knows why Othello hit Desdemona, but all I have to say is if he can hit her in front of Lodovico, then I wonder what happens behind closed doors? I have been getting numerous calls from staff who work in Othello's home and they are saying that Desdemona has bruises on her body. If anyone knows anything else on this, please comment. (Act 4: scene i)

Othello would never beat Desdemona. This had to be the first time; his staff is slandering his name. Something or someone must be troubling him. He has changed dramatically.

Since Iago has come into the picture, Othello has changed. I blame him. Something is going on between the two. Maybe the blood oath has something to do with this.
